In the morning it was clear and dry - by the end of the day, this bicycle commuter had a wet ride home to look forward to - with no real bicycle lanes, and no plowing of the non-existent lanes, there isn't much hope for bicycle commuting in NYC on a snow day.

Chicago is the same about not plowing the bike lanes. In fact, the city seems to do the opposite - plowing all the snow from the car lane to the bike lane. Ride safe!
Cold- okay. Wet- okay. Cold AND Wet.
